In-house Engineering Department
The Moxness in-house engineering department designs each new product using state-of-the-art solid modeling CAD and FEA software technology and custom-developed design control. We are equipped with programs including Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and project management software such as Solidworks and BaseCamp. The Moxness team designs products to meet the most rigorous customer requirements through prototypes, testing, validation, and documentation.

Our experienced Moxness Sales and Application Engineering representatives will assist you with obtaining the requirements and information necessary for commencing the new design. Moxness uses a customized engineering process to challenge and optimize all facets of your made-to-order design.

Once the design phase is complete, your new Moxness product will go on to virtual testing to ensure its integrity and assess its capabilities. Moxness guarantees compliance with all industry standards and a qualified product. Our new designs participate in aggressive material and structural testing, either in-house or by an independent laboratory.
